Datenblatt
MH20i is a
manually adjustable probe heads
that combines the TP20 kinematic
stylus module mount with two
axis indexing.
The A-axis
rotates through ±180° in the X-Y
plane. The B-axis rotates
through 90° in the Z plane. A
lever locks the head in one of
up to 168 repeatable positions,
set at 15° increments.
The head is
capable of carrying the full
range of TP20 modules, which can
be changed without
re-qualification, providing
qualification has taken place in
each position with each stylus/module
combination.

RTP20 Kit 1 without changing rack

RTP20 Kit 2 with changing rack MCR20 |
RTP20 offers
low-cost 'motorised' head
functionality with integral TP20
touch-trigger probe.
The automated
indexing of the RTP20 allows the
integral TP20 probe to be moved
to 168 repeatable positions in
15-degree increments using both
the A and B axes, requiring a
one-time only qualification for
each stylus position thus ensuring
fast throughput for part
inspection
|
Productivity
Improved
productivity is achieved via
probe module changing and
automated indexing without the
need for constant
re-qualification.
Increased reach and flexibility
A built-in
extension together with existing
extension bars allow reach up to
168 mm (including maximum stylus
length).
Automation
Utilising the
CMM motion to lock and orientate
the head, together with the
MCR20, provides a fully
automated system.
Crash
protection
TP20 modules
have overtravel in all
directions. The magnetic
mounting provides additional
crash protection in X and Y.

The MSR1 module storage rack safely holds up to
six modules and eases the operators task where
manual changing is performed, aiding
productivity
TOP |
Compact module changing touch-trigger probe,
which allows the use of a range of stylus
configurations and extensions to access features
on complex parts
The TP20 is a compact 5-way,
or 6-way, kinematic
touch-trigger probe system.
The two-piece design,
comprising probe body and
detachable stylus module(s),
connected using a highly
repeatable magnetic
kinematic coupling. This provides
the facility to change
stylus configurations either
manually or automatically
without the need for
requalification of the
stylus tips, thereby giving
significant time savings in
inspection routines.
Modules offering a range of
trigger forces allow the
probe performance to be best
matched to the measurement
task. A set of probe
extensions is also available,
as is a 6-way module. The
stylus mounting thread
accepts styli from the
Renishaw M2 range.
The TP20 system is easily
retrofitted and is
compatible with existing
touch trigger probe
interfaces, extensions and
adaptors.

The TP200
probe uses micro strain gauge transducers to
deliver excellent repeatability and accurate 3D
form measurement even with long styli.
The sensor technology gives sub-micron
repeatability and eliminates the lobing
characteristics encountered with kinematic
probes. The solid state ASIC electronics within
the probe ensure reliable operation over
millions of trigger points.
The TP200B uses the same technology as TP200
but has been designed to have higher tolerance
to vibration. This helps to overcome the problem
of 'air' trigger generation which can arise from
vibrations transmitted through the CMM or when
using long styli with faster positioning speeds.

At only 25 mm in diameter, and with a range of
scanning and touch-trigger modules, the SP25M is
the world's most compact and versatile scanning
probe system.
The SP25M comprises two
sensors in a single housing.
Users can switch between a
choice of four scanning
modules (which can carry M3
styli with lengths from
20 mm to 400 mm) and an
adaptor module that is
compatible with Renishaw's
TP20 range of probe modules.
This capability enables
scanning and touch-trigger
probing in a single probe
system.
The SP25M's
compact size and autojoint
mounting makes it compatible
with the PH10M/MQ and PH6M
probe heads. It can also be
mounted on a multiwired
extension bar. Together,
these combinations permit
excellent reach and access
to part features.

technology in SP25M, refer

The SP80 and SP80H quill-mounted
scanning probes provide
class-leading scanning
performance, as well as the most
flexible use of long styli for
maximum productivity.
The SP80
mounts to standard vertical
quills and can carry styli up to
500 mm long and 500 g mass,
including star configurations. Whereas
the SP80H mounts to a horizontal
quill and can carry styli up to
200 mm long and 500 g mass,
including star configurations.
|
About
SP80 Scanning probe
The SP80 and SP80H probes both
use the same design concepts.
They are a passive scanning
probe that uses digital scale
and readheads with 20 nm
resolution. These provide
exceptional scanning performance,
even with long styli.
Kinematic stylus changing with
SH80 allows for repeatable
re-location of the stylus,
optimises stylus arrangements
for each feature, and overcomes
the need for re-qualification.
Fitment of the SH80K allows the
probe to be powered on and off
without needing to be rehomed on
power up.
For more details, refer to
the SP80 Technical Paper.

The SH80 is a detachable
stylus holder with repeatable
kinematics.
The SH80 stylus holder is
magnetically attached to the
SP80 probe body and is
repeatably located using a set
of kinematic contacts. It
provides automatic stylus change
capability and has an M5 stylus
mount attachment. For additional
flexibility, this stylus mount cube
may be rotated by loosening a
grub screw to allow you to
position the stylus arrangment
to the correct rotational
position.
The SH80K is a stylus holder
with a kinematic location ball
that allows you to power off the
SP80 and SP80H probes and turn
them back on without needing to
rehome the probe providing that
the SH80K is fitted before the
power is switched off. The
stylus ball locates on a special
kinematic screw that is fitted
to the probe body. SH80K is
supplied as a standard item in
every probe kit.
It is possible to use SH80K
with earlier versions of SP80 as
the kinematic screw can be
retrofitted to the probe body.

between up to six TP200 stylus
modules. The SCR200 is powered
by the separate probe interface,
PI 200, and provides features to
facilitate safe stylus changing.
The SCR200 is available in
low force and standard force
kits, where each kit comprises
one SCR200 plus three stylus
modules of the same force.

With optical laserscanners workpieces can be digitalized
conveniently and quickly. Particularly beneficial is the
high dot density of about 20.000 dots per second that can be
recorded. The laser scanner can be exchanged automatically
in connection with a probechanger magazine. This enables the
parallel use of touch and optical sensors. The accuracy of
the stripe laser is about 10 - 20 µm.
