All our Coordinate Measuring Machines CMM are equipped with optimiced air bearing guides
in all axis.
The coordinate measuring machines by THOME Precision
reach Thermal stability and high rigidity by using the
highest quality materials such as high precision granit
or ceramic
guidelines.
A Double passive vibration damping system is integrated in
each coordinate measuring machines (CMM) supportframe. Vibration down to 25 Hz can
be damped with passive vibration damping systems.
Additionally, all
our CMM´s can be delivered with
activ pneumatic
vibration damping systems upon request.
With these systems our Coordinate Measuring Machines
are able to absorp even very low frequency
vibrations down to 10 Hz.
All our CNC Coordinate Measuring Machines are equiped with
totally covered guideways. This helps you to protect
the guideways of your Coordinate Measuring Machine against dirt, damage and direct thermal influences.
High dynamic
servo motors and highly rigid, low
friction belt drives guarantee optimiced
positioning characteristics. Because of the very stiff
construction our
Coordinate-Measuring-Machines are particulary suitable for
scanning!
The advantages of scanning measurements with Coordinate Measuring
Machines are due to the ability to make extremly precise statements about the form shape and
form accuracy. Even a huge point cloude can be taken in a very short time. Real scanning is much faster compared to conventional tactile scanning.

A two stage finedrive with 2 ergonomic handwheels in each axis, permit a fine positioning in all three axis
of the Coordinate Measuring Machine.
The big wheel allows the operator a fast positioning
of the CMM. With the small wheel the operator is able to
make a very precise positioning and realice a low speed
of the CMM.
Each axis of the Coordinate Measuring Machine can be single locked by clearly structured
switches.
The guides of the Coordinate Measuring Machine are made of high precision granite in
combination with precision air bearings. The
airconsumption is very low because of this economic
